This role requires a senior professional with deep knowledge of the construction industry’s procurement and contracting mechanisms, exceptional negotiation and cost-control abilities, and proven leadership managing procurement teams for large-scale projects within Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities·       Lead and manage all procurement activities across Gama’s projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.·       Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives and project requirements.·       Manage supplier and subcontractor prequalification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.·       Negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and long-term supply arrangements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.·       Oversee and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost savings and process transparency.·       Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and contractual requirements.·       Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supply chain dynamics.·       Coordinate with project delivery teams, engineering, and finance departments to ensure alignment in procurement planning and execution.·       Utilize ERP systems and digital procurement platforms to manage the full procurement cycle and vendor relations.·       Lead, train, and mentor a team of procurement engineers and specialists to enhance capability and performance.Qualifications & Requirements·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).·       20+ years of total experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role with a large, reputable construction company in Saudi Arabia.·       Proven track record in cost optimization, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.·       Extensive knowledge of construction industry contracting mechanisms (material supply, subcontracting, framework agreements, etc.).·       Strong awareness of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supply chain conditions in Saudi Arabia.·       Proficient in ERP systems and digital procurement platforms.·       Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.·       Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.·       Fluency in English·       Demonstrated strategic planning and team leadership skills.Why Join GamaAt Gama, you’ll be part of a company that values operational excellence, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.
