Are you our new Procurement Manager? We are looking for a Procurement Manager with a strong interest in technology and digital solutions. In this role, you will support group procurement projects, focusing on either IT and technology categories while also working across professional services and insurance. You will collaborate with senior procurement leaders and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize processes, and contribute to building a future-ready procurement organization. What will you do:Support Technology & IT Procurement: Assist in sourcing software, hardware, cloud services, and other tech solutions orCollaborate on Professional Services & Insurance Procurement: Contribute to sourcing strategies and supplier management in these categories.Enable Digital Transformation: Support the rollout and optimization of procurement, sourcing and contract modules in our new global ERP system.Explore AI & Automation: Help identify opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics in procurement for smarter decision-making.Improve Processes: Assist in refining sourcing, supplier management, and reporting processes with a tech-first mindset.Participate in Group Projects: Take ownership of specific workstreams within larger procurement initiatives. What we´re looking for: 3-5+ years' experience in procurement, ideally with exposure to IT, professional services, or insurance.Familiarity with digital procurement tools (P2P, S2C) and ERP systems.Interest or experience in AI, automation, or advanced analytics in procurement is a strong advantage.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.Strong negotiation experience.Experience in multinational environments and collaborative projects.Fluent in English; additional languages from our markets are a plus.Experience with digital procurement tools, ERP systems, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation is highly valued.Depending on category experience either work with IT procurement and related tasks or professional services and insurance procurement projects.
