We're looking for a strategic, hands-on procurement professional to take ownership of several high-impact Property and FM-related categories, helping to shape the future of the business through value creation, innovation, and operational excellence.Key responsibilities:Leading the end-to-end procurement process across a broad range of FM categories, including:M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)HVACFF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)Refits, refurbishments, and minor worksDeveloping and delivering category strategies that align with business goals and stakeholder needsManaging full RFP/tendering processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboardingBuilding strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Property, Maintenance, Projects, and Finance teamsIdentifying and delivering cost savings, added value, and efficiency improvementsMonitoring and managing supplier performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met consistentlyStaying ahead of market trends and innovations to inform procurement decisions and long-term strategiesMitigating risk through robust contract management and governance processesActing as a trusted advisor across the business, influencing decision-making and promoting procurement best practicesWorking with sustainability and ESG goals in mind, ensuring supply chain partners align with responsible sourcing valuesLocation: Oxford Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
