Lead and manage all procurement activities, including metals, non-metals, and import logistics. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational objectives. Mitigate risks and drive value through effective supplier and contract management. Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and services under optimal terms. Direct and mentor a high-performing procurement team to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory policies. Manage procurement of market-sensitive commodities, addressing price and supply volatility. Maintain agility in sourcing strategies to respond to dynamic market conditions. Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to balance diverse requirements. Oversee execution and delivery tracking to ensure procurement effectiveness. Evaluate supplier and contractor performance to uphold quality and reliability standards. Optimize inventory levels while supporting continuous production flow. Deliver accurate, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong planning, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in managing local and international procurement, including commodities and non-commodities. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent planning, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
