Procurement Manager

Our ideal team member is a hands-on individual who has experience working in procurement at fast-paced manufacturing companies. They are self-motivated with strong communication skills and can work well in teams and individually.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliersMaintain an updated vendor database and performance metrics Creating and processing purchase orders accurately and timelyTracking orders from placement through deliveryFollowing up on delayed or incomplete ordersReconciling discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoicesProactively identify and address potential bottlenecks in the supply chain that could impact production schedules.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in procurement, or a related role, preferably in a high paced manufacturing environment.Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000
