Procurement Manager (Veterinary)

A leading veterinary investment group: Procurement ManagerResponsibilitiesDesign and implement group's central procurement process, including purchase orders, approvals, and supplier managementNegotiate supplier contracts, terms, and pricing across consumables, pharmaceuticals, and servicesOversee central ordering, warehouse management, and delivery coordinationEnsure ERP (SoftOne) accuracy for SKUs, stock levels, and consumption trackingMonitor monthly procurement KPIs (cost trends, supplier performance, savings)Support clinics in operational matters such as maintenance, repairs, and technical service contractsLead small-scale infrastructure or refurbishment projects in coordination with clinic teamsCollaborate closely with Finance for budget alignment and cash flow forecastingReport monthly to the CFO and CEO on procurement performance and operational readinessEnsure procurement compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards for veterinary and pharmaceutical productsInitially operates as an individual contributor with a potential to build a team as the network grows RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's degree preferred)5-8 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, ideally within healthcare, retail, or hospitality sectorsProven ability to set up and optimize procurement processes across multiple sites or business unitsStrong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skillsExperience with ERP systems (SoftOne or similar) Advanced excel based reporting skills Project management capability and hands-on problem-solving mindsetFluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)Process-oriented and disciplined with a focus on efficiencyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environmentCollaborative approach with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Clinics)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholdersBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageCareer development and growth opportunities
