Procurement Officer – Advertising / Events IndustryLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: Copernicus Advertising Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleCopernicus Advertising, a creative and event-focused agency is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to manage all purchasing and vendor operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, negotiation, and coordination across advertising, events, and production projects.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end procurement for agency projects, including marketing materials, printing, fabrication, event logistics, and production equipment.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the best quality, pricing, and timely delivery.Coordinate closely with creative, production, and accounts teams to align purchases with project timelines and budgets.Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.Maintain and update vendor databases, purchase records, and pricing lists.Monitor supplier performance, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth project execution.Support the finance team with invoice verification, payment processing, and documentation.Continuously explore new suppliers, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency.RequirementsValid UAE Driving License (mandatory)2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within advertising, events, or production industriesStrong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skillsProficient in MS Office and ERP toolsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesImmediate joiners preferred📩 Apply Now Send your CV to careers.lathiefproduction@gmail.com 📍 Location: Deira, Dubai Subject Line: Procurement Officer – Copernicus Advertising
