To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Procurement Officer to strengthen our supply chain and procurement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and services.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure timely deliveries.Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, and finance departments for smooth procurement workflows.Ensure compliance with EDE/DoH/UAE regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical procurement.Maintain vendor relationships and develop alternative supplier options to ensure business continuity.Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and optimize procurement costs.Support audits, documentation, and reporting related to procurement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years experience in procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and supplier networks.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in ERP/Zoho systems is an advantage.UAE Driving LicenseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Professional growth within a rapidly expanding UAE-based pharmaceutical manufacturer.Supportive work environment aligned with national “Made in UAE” initiatives.Salary Range2,500 - 3,500 AED per month, (Based on Qualification and Experience)How to ApplySubmit your CV to:careers@medisalpharma.com
