Key Responsibilities: Manage the procurement cycle for indirect materials: from requisitions, sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, contracting, and to PO placement. Utilize SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems to manage supplier onboarding, performance, risk assessment and Tender process. Use SAP to create and manage purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, perform supplier evaluations, and track KPIs (cost performance, quality, delivery, sustainability). Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, Marketing) to understand their needs and plan procurement strategies accordingly. Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization (e.g., via standardization, consolidation, framework agreements). Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitiveness and continuity of supply. Participate in cross-functional projects, such as process improvement, system implementations, or supplier development.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in procurement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis, reporting). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German language skills are strongly preferred. Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier management.
