Procurement Specialist (Tagalog Speaker)

Our client, a leading premium food and ingredients distributor in KSA, is looking for a dynamic and driven Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity to work with top-quality products, expand market reach, and be part of a fast-growing business in the food industry.Salary Range: SAR 10,000 to SAR 12,000Reporting to: CPO (Chief Procurement Officer)Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in ERP systems evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service Support savings initiatives, monitor landed costs, and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, quality, and company standards (e.g., SFDA, HALAL, HACCP, ISO). Arrange and follow up on shipments (air, sea, land), ensure proper customs documentation, and monitor timely delivery of goods Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales to align procurement and supply chain activities with business needsQualifications & Skills5+ years in procurement/supply chain, with at least 2 years in foodservice.Proven expertise in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier relationship management. Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes with deepened understanding of food industry/FMCG-preferred logistics Ability to multitask and manage procurement and logistics under time pressure
