Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across various categories including marketing materials, spare parts, consumables, agencies, contractors, and equipment.-Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality.-Order & Delivery Follow-up (OTIF): Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders to avoid operational downtime.-Quality Assurance: Coordinate with end users and quality teams to ensure materials meet required standards.-Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.-Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations to support strategic purchasing decisions.-Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory; prepare regular performance reports.-Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and storage of materials.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.-Minimum of 3–4 years of experience is required for this role.-Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.-Experience with ERP applications like Oracle & SAP and systems like Microsoft SharePoint.-Familiarity with the lubricating oil industry and relevant nontrade material requirements.-Strong negotiation and communication skills.-Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
