Procurement Staff

SaVi Pharmaceutical JSC is Hiring: Procurement StaffKey Responsibilities:Handle approved purchasing requests for consumables, office supplies, equipment, spare parts, and marketing materials/services.Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers; prepare price comparison reports and recommend optimal purchasing solutions.Negotiate and monitor purchase orders/contracts to ensure compliance with quality, delivery schedule, documentation, and payment terms.Maintain and update the supplier database, including contact details, quotations, and supply capabilities.Track purchasing documents and prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, expenses, and inventory levels of consumables and office supplies.Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.Qualifications & Requirements:College degree or higher in a relevant field.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company — preferably in Pharmaceuticals, Food, or FMCG, or other quality-regulated industries.Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier evaluation skills.Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.Good command of English, able to work with overseas suppliers.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Benefits:Competitive salary based on capability and experience.Annual health check-up.Lunch provided at the company canteen.13th-month salary plus performance-based bonus.Holiday bonuses and annual salary review.Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.Application: 📧 Email: tuyendung@savipharm.vn 🏢 Address: Lot Z01-02-03a, Tan Thuan EPZ/IP, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
