Job Description

Role PurposeOwn end-to-end execution of procurement transformation initiatives while acting as the single point of accountability for procurement compliance and audit readiness.This role ensures that what is designed is implemented, adopted, and controlled, preventing value leakage, audit findings, and transformation fatigue.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Transformation ExecutionExecute procurement transformation initiativesLead rollout of procurement processes and policiesDrive structured change management and adoptionConduct business readiness and go-live assessmentsTrack adoption, resolve execution issues, and escalate risksCoordinate and deliver training programs and awareness sessionsDocument SOPs and standardsProcurement Compliance & AssurancePerform proactive compliance reviews of procurement processes and systemsIdentify gaps related to policy, DoA, SOPs, and system controlsTrack corrective actions and verify effectiveness of closuresAudit findings root-cause analysisCore CapabilitiesStrong documentation and audit-ready mindsetStrong execution and delivery disciplineUnderstanding of procurement governance and controlsChange management and stakeholder alignment skillsAbility to balance speed with risk managementStructured problem-solving and root-cause analysisExperience Requirements8–10 years experience in procurementExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or complex group environments preferredStrong understanding of DoA, procurement policies, and internal controlsHands-on experience with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, or equivalent)Direct experience managing procurement audits and compliance remediationPMO background is a strong advantage
