Position OverviewDefines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance and back-office applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, accounting, treasury, procurement, and expense management platforms. Ensures these systems are modernized, integrated, and optimized to support efficient financial operations, reporting accuracy, and business scalability.Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance and back-office systems, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and operational objectives Prioritize the product roadmap and features in alignment with enterprise business goals, compliance needs, and scalability requirements Partner with architects, engineers, and finance teams to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and consistent with enterprise architecture standards Monitor system adoption, performance, and process metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement Serve as the primary point of contact for finance, technology, and vendor stakeholders, managing dependencies, sequencing, and release planning across financial-related systems Communicate roadmap updates, modernization progress, and key trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
