We specialise in creating digital-first, social-first content for brands, from TikTok videos to Netflix documentaries.In essence, we do one thing - create the absolute best, most engaging video content for brands to post on the internet.Position Overview:You’ll become a member and crucial part of our accounts and production teams, the role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience, coming from another production company, agency or from a freelance background. The role of our producer is to manage various aspects of client care as well as to plan and coordinate various aspects of production such as developing the creative; coordinating our in-house talent and overseeing schedules and final delivery of content . The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to learn and get hands on with all aspects from pre to post-production.Key Responsibilities:Successfully onboarding clients after the initial sales process and managing client relations throughout the project timeline leading to repeat business.Provide accurate and timely quotes in conjunction with the sales team.Being able to work and adapt to different briefs from different clients and industry sectors in order to ensure we achieve the goals of the client.The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of the production process including and not limited to; Organising client meetings/calls, managing creative development/treatment sessions, creating pre-production documents (Treatments, shotlists, call sheets etc), sourcing suitable locations, sourcing of talent (actors/models/voiceover artist etc.), sourcing of props/set design, assigning and scheduling crew resource for video shoots, managing production briefings, facilitating post-production handovers, account management through to final delivery of content and the effective use project post mortem sessions etc.Working efficiently off and on-location and taking responsibility for the smooth running of productions.Ability to lead/direct productions in the absence of a dedicated director.Issuing invoices and ensuring timely payment.Reporting to the line manager (Head of Production) on a weekly basis. Keeping an eye on the ever adapting future of video, broadcast platforms, equipment and creative resources.The Person:An understanding of video equipment, cameras, and film setsStrong awareness of social media, youth culture, and digital platformsGood knowledge of the Google SuiteStrong communication skills (both oral and written)Outstanding organisational skillsA confident problem solverAbility to work and adapt to tight deadlinesSociable team player with the ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel (both domestically and internationally)How to Apply:Apply via our portal with your most up to date CV and a link to your relevant portfolio.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
