In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping product decisions through data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to inform strategy, evaluate feature impact, and enhance user experience. Your analytical work will directly contribute to improving our app and supporting sustainable health outcomes for our usersPush the pace of innovation and build a future of a healthier world with us!What we’re looking for:Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., Snowflake, Postgres), including use of window functions, CTEs, and efficient query writing;Familiarity with query performance tuning and optimization best practices;Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker and Superset;Proficient in at least one scripting language commonly used in analytics (e.g., Python, R);Experience designing and implementing reliable event tracking systems to ensure data quality and experiment integrity;Knowledge of experimentation methods and causal inference techniques (e.g., A/B testing, statistical modeling);Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment with a high level of autonomy and ownership.What you'll do:Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and evaluate new features aimed at driving product growth;Perform in-depth analyses to understand user behavior, assess product performance, and identify key drivers of retention;Define, track, and report on core product metrics; proactively identify insights and opportunities for optimization;Develop dashboards and self-service analytics tools to enable data accessibility across teams;Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.Perks and benefits:Competitive salary package commensurate with experience;Remote, in-office, and hybrid work opportunities;The equipment you need to do your job;A premium SIMPLE subscription;21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);Flexible hours.
