Our core belief is in the power of the Product Mindset and Agile adaptation within a Co-Creation Partnership Model.ABOUT THE JOBThe Product Analyst is primarily responsible for translating the strategic business challenges of our Clients into feasible and detailed product definitions, ensuring that every feature built delivers maximum value to both the Client's business and their target users. This is a foundational role, ideal for candidates who are eager to build an in-depth career in the field of product development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct DiscoveryParticipate in the data collection and preliminary research process alongside Senior members to capture the Business problem and the desired product goals/business value.Receive, read, and visualize the Product Solution output transferred from the Management Level (PC - Product Committee) to prepare for detailed analysis.Participate in modeling product flows within business constraints to capture Current Business Processes (Current Workflow) and preliminarily identify the gap between the expected flow and the current flow.Attend alignment meetings with Senior members and Business stakeholders to capture feedback and ensure alignment regarding the Product Scope.Product DefinitionDetailed Requirement Documentation: Participate deeply in the requirement breakdown and definition process, focusing on writing, clarifying, and documenting detailed Functional and Non-functional Requirements for assigned features/modules, always under the supervision and guidance of Senior members.Deliver Product Definition outputs of moderate complexity.Accurately and fully transfer definition documents to other expertise groups (PD, PI, PO, etc.) to support smooth product completion.Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the Client's implementation team to align the product definition outputs.REQUIREMENTSHave 1+ years of experience in roles such as Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roles.Be able to explore various product domains; having experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is a plus.Possess strong business acumen and a product mindset.Exhibit a genuine passion for the development of digital products.Be a logical and detail-oriented person in documentation work.Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast learner.Have good problem-solving and communication skills for working with the team and client stakeholders.
