Product and Compliance Technician - IntelligroJoin a hardworking and supportive team in a leading Canterbury manufacturing operation.At Intelligro, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Product and Compliance Technician to join our team south of Christchurch, near Rolleston. You will play a key role in helping us meet and maintain our high standards for environmental performance, production efficiency, and product quality — all while working alongside great people who care about doing things right.What You Will Be Doing·        Conducting and recording environmental and production monitoring, data collection, and reporting.·        Gathering product samples throughout the manufacturing cycle for quality control and analysis.·        Assisting with Health & Safety programmes to ensure our standards are consistently met.·        Working collaboratively across departments to support continuous improvement.·        Keeping accurate digital and paper-based records.·        Organising each day’s work to ensure priorities are clear and well-executed.·        Always putting Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality first.About You·        A true multi-skilled, practical person who enjoys variety and challenge.·        Inquisitive, methodical, and organised in your approach.·        Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.·        A strong communicator — comfortable working with everyone from operators to external compliance officers.·        Physically fit and hands-on, ready to get involved outdoors when required.·        Able to work both independently and as part of a team.·        Tech-savvy and confident using digital recording systems and Microsoft Office tools.·        Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn — we will support you with training to help you grow in the role.You may come from a background in quality control, compliance, laboratory, or production data, but most importantly, you take pride in doing quality work and seeing things through to completion.About UsIntelligro (www.intelligro.co.nz) is a proudly New Zealand-owned business with over 50 years of local experience.
