As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving innovation throughout Bayut and dubizzle.In this role you will: Support in developing new products and enhancing existing onesIdentify strategic opportunities to transform our end-user product experienceWork with a group of talented designers, data scientists and engineersWork collaboratively with partners in the organisation to define priorities, plan projects and design approachesContribute to discussions on design, storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research, and user behaviourDemonstrate strong product instincts, technical knowledge and obsession for the consumer to create and drive the roadmap for our productsUse data and deep customer insights to pose and answer key questions, and drive product vision and strategyCoordinate aspects of the design and development process, supporting project management and deliveryDemonstrate effective collaboration in a matrixed, cross-functional teamRequirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 1 - 2 years of experience in working in a Product Development department for a technology company Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as UX/UI, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing Know how to take ideas, define products, and ship features Ability to understand problems with clarity and discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to establish goals and expectations for services required Exhibition of great collaboration and communication skills Skilled in design process and facilitation Good problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills Keen on building delightful experiences, have an eye for detail and a real passion for understanding customers along with prioritizing their needs BenefitsA fast-paced, high-performing teamMulticultural environment with over 60 different nationalitiesCompetitive Tax-free SalaryComprehensive Health InsuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the EmiratesRewards & RecognitionsLearning & DevelopmentBayut & dubizzle is an equal-opportunity employer.
