We have since expanded our service offerings to warehouse, fulfillment and marketplace enabler, providing a full suite of services. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Product & Business Development Executive, located in Singapore. The Product & Business Development Executive will be responsible for product development, planning and initiating the launch of the product, acquiring and managing accounts, and developing effective communication strategies to enhance business relationships. This is a new business unit under our ecommerce enabler, and you will need to work independently and initiate new ideas to launch the product. Some of the activities that you will be performing would be:Source and create a list of affiliates, influencers, KOL, content partners, etc. and manage relationships, identify, brief, coordinate deliverables, and track performance.Plan, create, edit and publish content (text, image, short video) across relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) that aligns with brand tone and marketing calendar.Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and provide reports with insights and recommendations.Generate compelling copy, visuals, and short-form video to engage community, drive brand awareness and growth of followers/engagement.Manage the social media content calendar: scheduling posts, coordinating with campaigns/promotions, ensuring timely delivery.Preparing marketing communications and copywriting content for an announcement and launch of features productsProject-planning and collaborating with other teams for new product development and launch QualificationsSkills in New Business Development and Product DevelopmentExperience in Account Management and Business is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferredExperience in the ecommerce industry is an advantageUnderstanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data.Ability to project-plan, multi‐task and manage deadlines across multiple channels.Good communicator and collaborator (with marketing team, design, product, external agencies).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
