The Librarian is scaling rapidly globally, with a mission to become the go-to AI assistant for business executives and professionals on-the-go helping them automate workflows, manage communications, and boost productivity. Role Overview We are hiring a full-time Associate in the Asia timezone. This is a typical startup generalist role for aproactive self-starter who is not afraid to roll-up the sleeves. If you are a get-goer who enjoys doing a bit of everything, keen to learn on the job and turning user insights into action, this role is for you. You will be employee #6. You will work under the direction and supervision of our CEO (Tiago Alves).Key Responsibilities1. Product QA & TicketsActively test The Librarian across all interfaces (eg WhatsApp, Slack, Web)Reproduce issues, capture steps, logs, screenshots, and short clipsCreate well-scoped GitHub tickets for the tech team, track to resolution, and verify fixes2. Customer Onboarding & SupportGuide new users through setup and follow up to drive subscriptionsDeliver prompt, friendly support and triage issuesCapture FAQs and convert them into help content and quick replies3. Events & CommunityHelp plan, coordinate, and attend APAC events or workshops as neededPrepare demo scripts, talking points, and lightweight collateralCapture leads, notes, and next steps, then follow through4. Content & Social MediaDraft social posts, short articles, and a monthly newsletterCreate short demo videos showing The Librarian in actionMaintain a simple content calendar and collaborate on approvalsWhat We’re Looking For2 to 4 years in a startup or product-led environment (support, ops, CX, QA, or similar)Comfortable testing tools and writing clear bug or feature ticketsIndependent profile with strong oral & written communication skillsResponsive, organized, and proactive in an async, remote teamWhat You’ll GainHigh ownership and a broad scope across product, customers, and growthClose collaboration with the founders and fast feedback loopsA chance to make a real impact on the growth and success of our startupLocationWhile we are an international team with offices in Seattle and Singapore, we are looking for someone based in the Asia timezone where our CEO is also located.
