该职位来源于猎聘 DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION 职责和工作描述： 1.按照客户要求以及欧尼贝耐标准,负责油缸产品的全流程设计开发，包括需求分析、方案设计、图纸绘制及技术文档编制。 According to the customer requirement and Ognibene standard to lead the full - cycle design and development of hydraulic cylinder products, including requirement analysis, conceptual design, drawing creation, and technical documentation preparation. 2.与意大利设计部门同事进行日常的设计沟通交流，并得到总部工程的设计批准。 Daily communication with Italian product design team and get final design approval from Headquarter. 3.理解客户图纸尺寸，公差以及技术要求，并对设计过程中的疑问点及时与客户沟通，保证图纸设计的正确性。 Understand customer drawing including all the dimensions, tolerance and specifications, discuss with customer directly in case any doubt. Ensure the design and drawing properly meet customer requirements.主导产品优化与改进，解决生产过程中的技术问题, 与工艺和生产部门合作确定油缸图纸设计的可加工性，完善相关的图纸设计。 Drive product optimization and improvement, resolve technical issues, work with process department to make sure the manufacturability then improves the drawings. 5.与供应链、生产及质量部门协作，推动产品量产及交付。 Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality departments to facilitate product mass - production and delivery. 6.跟踪行业技术趋势，引入新材料、新工艺提升产品竞争力。 Monitor industry technology trends, introduce new materials and process to enhance product competitiveness. 7.完成其他上级领导安排的工作事项。 Fulfil other unspecified tasks which are assigned by the manager.JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATION / EQUIPMENT / SKILLS职位要求/录用条件/操作技能： 1.本科学历，机械设计及制造或机械设计及自动化, 液压传动专业。 Bachelor degree on mechanical design and its manufacturing or automation, hydraulic Transmission.从事机械设计相关岗位5年工作经验，熟悉产品设计开发流程, 能熟练使用Solidworks软件进行3D建模和2D工程图纸制作。 At least 5 years mechanical design related experience with a solid understanding of the design - development process and, skilfully create 3D model and convert 2D drawing by using solidworks. 3.熟悉并能进行基础的办公软件的操作，如Outlook，Excel等。 Familiar with basic office software and able to use them properly, such as Outlook, Excel, Etc. 4.具备良好的英语口语以及读写能力，能熟练阅读英文技术资料，能够读懂图纸英语技术资料，编写英文邮件并能进行英语工作交流 Strong Oral English speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of reading technical documents fluently。
