Above all, you are a talented, fun, collaborative person.The work:Design beautiful user interfaces, with a focus on digital interfacesPromote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction designParticipate in strategy and brainstorm sessions with clients, to help articulate and define their goalsHave a Human Centered Design approach in solving user needs with deep customer empathyContribute wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes, user personas, customer journeys, site maps, and other design specification materialsWork closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implementedCollaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members, including but not limited to designers, researchers, project/product managers, QA, developers, and technical architectsHere’s what you’ll need:1+ years of experience with Runway, Dalle, or any of the built-in AI tools3+ years of experience with character design3+ years with Figma3+ with After Effects animationBonus points if:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field in information design, interaction design, human factorsYou’re proficient in Sketch, Axure, the Creative Suite, and other relative tools to design for digital interfacesYou’re experienced with client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related servicesYou can explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholdersYou have a willingness for reasonable business travel to work with onsite teams and clientsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
