You’ll be the sole full-time Product Designer, shaping the UX and UI of Complexity across both mobile and web platforms.You’ll work closely with the founding team to design flows that connect businesses across the world — helping define how companies discover, connect, and communicate.We value clarity of thought, initiative, and ownership. This is an environment for those who seek challenge and move with intent.You should have:Expert knowledge of Figma, including Design Systems, Autolayout, Variables, and Component PropertiesAn exceptional portfolio of web and mobile UX/UI workDeep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibilityExcellent visual design skills — layout, spacing, and typography (PX + REM)Ability to document all interactions, states, and edge casesClear, concise communication and absolute attention to detailComfort working in a fast-moving, iterative environmentBonus points for:Motion design or interaction design experienceBackground in social or AI-driven platformsFamiliarity with developer handoff tools and workflows🧪 Interview ProcessApplication Review – We’ll evaluate your CV and portfolio.Intro Conversation – An introductory conversation about your experience and background.Design Challenge – You will receive a challenge to complete within a set timeframe.Project Deep-Dive – Review your challenge and portfolio projects.
