We create and deliver result-oriented solutions and services, keeping pace with cutting-edge innovation and maintaining lasting relationships that help meet our clients’ long-term goals.Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Specialist and a User Interface (UI) Designer to join our Minsk office !!!Key Responsibilities for UX:Conduct user research, journey mapping, and persona development to understand merchant, partner, and internal user needs.Define information architecture (IA), navigation flows, and interaction logic for web and platform interfaces.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design intent.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and UI Design teams to ensure functional alignment.Lead or support usability testing and accessibility validation across devices.Establish UX standards, heuristics, and semantic design principles to ensure that flows, labels, and structures are meaningful and intuitive for both users and developers.Contribute to continuous improvement of the merchant onboarding, reporting, and support experiences.Our Requirements for UX:5+ years of experience in UX Design, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design.Strong ability to turn business and technical complexity into simple and intuitive experiences.Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and data-driven design.Proficiency in Figma, Miro, or equivalent tools for wireframing and prototyping.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Experience working in fintech, payments, or regulated industries is a strong plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Key Responsibilities for UI:Translate UX wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect visual designs.Design interface layouts, dashboards, components, and icons following modern design principles.Build and maintain the client's UI Design System with consistent typography, color, and spacing.Ensure UI complies with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive behavior.Work closely with UX Specialists, Developers, and Product Managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.Contribute to animations, micro-interactions, and state transitions where relevant.Our Requirements for UI:4+ years of experience as a UI Designer or Visual Designer for web applications.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.Experience designing for complex, data-heavy, or fintech dashboards is a plus.Familiarity with frontend implementation constraints.Attention to visual consistency, spacing, and hierarchy.What We Offer:Competitive salary with long-term career growth opportunitiesWork in an international, open-minded, creative, and friendly environment with a motivated teamImprove language skills and experience international culturesHealth insurance coverageTeam-building events
