This role is crucial for creating intuitive and impactful products that directly contribute to our strategic goals and user satisfaction.We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to join our team, focusing on creating and optimising products that seamlessly blend user needs with business objectives. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible user experiences across our platforms.Because of the potential to work with our clients in the National Security space or Defence space, you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance, details of which are outlined when you click through to apply.What You’ll Be DoingCollaborating with cross-functional teams in our Applied AI consulting business to support product design for public and private sector projectsCreating compelling user interfaces and experiencesPlanning and conducting user research to gather insightsTranslating research findings into effective design solutionsIterating and validating designs based on user feedbackContributing to the development and scaling of design systemsCollaborating closely with product managers and engineersWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience as a UX/Product DesignerStrong UX design skills, with experience in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testingComfortable working across the product lifecycle, end to end design from discovery through to handoverFamiliarity with UI design principles and experience applying them in practiceProficiency in FigmaStrong collaboration and communication skills, you enjoy working in cross-functional teams, problem-solving with a creative, iterative mindsetExposure to both public and private sector projects with a working knowledge of the Government Design System (GDS) helpful for the former.
