Here, your work won’t just power technology - it will help accelerate medical innovation and bring hope to millions of patients across the globe.Responsibilities:Acquire deep knowledge about the clinical research industry and a deep understanding of our customers, users, and productsConcept Development Mode: Work as an integral part of the Product team to develop and validate new feature concepts. Participate in product discovery, contribute to UX decision-making, and collaborate on defining solutions that deliver customer jobs to be done through smooth user journeys. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate concepts, leveraging AI tools where applicable to enhance efficiency and explorationDesign Execution Mode: Craft pixel-perfect, production-ready designs for hand-off to the R&D team, ensuring all specifications and assets are complete and developer-friendlyWork within the established design system, maintaining consistency across the product while expanding and evolving the design system components as neededExtract insights from our usage analytics. Develop an in-depth understanding of the way customers interact with the product and identify areas for improvementUnderstand the company culture and values and act accordinglyGrow along amazing people in a growing companyRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product designerDeep empathy for users and ability to understand and advocate for target personasUnderstanding of design handoff best practicesProficiency in design tools (Figma or similar)Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design process, ideally for B2B SaaS productsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to translate user needs into design solutionsSelf-management skills with ability to balance concept exploration and execution delivery timelinesStrong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale, advocate for user needs, and practice "disagree and commit" when necessaryAbility to collaborate effectively within the Product team, owning UX decisions while remaining open to feedback and recognizing when strategic trade-offs are necessaryExceptional attention to detail with ability to deliver pixel-perfect designsAdvantages:Clinical research or medical backgroundAnalytical skills, i.e. knows how to work with product usage dataBenefits of joining the companyA team on a mission.
