You will work on designing our platform, as well as supporting website wireframes, LinkedIn visuals, and marketing design needs.You must be confident working in Figma, and willing to learn InDesign and Photoshop when needed.Your goal is to help us create a clear, modern product experience that highlights the value of Kolleno’s AI-powered financial operations.This role requires creativity and strong user-focused design, helping finance teams work faster and smarter with Kolleno.What You'll Do:Your Day-to-DayShape the future of our product and improve the overall customer experience as a key member of the Product team.Translate complex financial workflows into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.Build and maintain our design system in Figma, creating new components or adapting existing ones to support a wide range of use cases.Understand customer needs by speaking directly with users and using data to validate design decisions.Create product-led visuals and marketing assets — including landing pages, product images, and simple motion clips — to support feature launches and campaigns.Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and consistently in the final product.Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine usability, interaction patterns, and overall design quality.Contribute to the evolution of Kolleno’s brand identity across both product and marketing touchpoints. Who You Are:Experience Required 1–3 years of experience (flexible) as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with strong skills in Figma and the ability to use InDesign and Photoshop when needed.Ability to turn complex product ideas, AI features, and financial workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences A portfolio that shows clear, thoughtful product design work — including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clean UI designs. Comfortable using AI and automation tools to speed up design work, explore variations, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment. Strong visual communicator who can explain ideas clearly through layouts, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces. Data-aware designer who reviews user feedback and analytics, and adjusts designs to improve clarity, usability, and product performance.Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and deliver high-quality designs without heavy supervision.Collaborative team player who works well with product managers, engineers, marketing, and leadership to bring product ideas to life.Detail-oriented and consistent, ensuring every design aligns with our product vision and continuously raises the quality of Kolleno’s user experience.Life At KollenoWho We Are:Kolleno moves fast.
