Job Title: International Graphic DesignerLocation: SE1, London (Southwark)Reports to: Head of MarketingDepartment: Category & Product / MarketingEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewBlack Sheep Coffee is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this international role will work in close partnership with our existing Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, cohesive design assets that strengthen Black Sheep Coffee’s brand presence across multiple global markets.As a Graphic Designer, you will support the creation, adaptation, and replication of campaign and brand materials for use across a wide range of regions. From digital campaigns and social media content to menu boards and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials, you will ensure all design variations are tailored for local markets while maintaining consistency with Black Sheep Coffee’s unique identity. Acting as a brand guardian, you’ll help uphold creative standards worldwide, ensuring all outputs remain aligned, impactful, and culturally relevant.Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Brand Consistency Act as a brand guardian, ensuring cohesive design standards across all internal and external marketing materials. Regularly update and maintain the Black Sheep Coffee Brand Book, ensuring guidelines reflect the latest standards. Ensure all global market adaptations align with brand identity while accommodating cultural and regulatory differences. Campaign Development & Execution Support the creation and execution of 360-degree campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing and Digital teams to produce multi-market digital content, in-store POS, and social media assets. Manage and evolve the design of digital menu boards and other menu collateral, ensuring seasonal updates and international variations are accurately represented. Assist in developing scalable campaign templates that can be easily customised for different regions. Digital & Print Design Design a wide range of assets for both print and digital, including takeover screens, A-board designs, and digital kiosks. Work closely with external screen providers and local partners to deliver high-quality designs and ensure functionality in-store. Liaise with external printers and production teams globally to ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered to the highest quality. Team Support & Collaboration Work in close partnership with our existing Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing to ensure smooth workflow, consistency, and a collaborative approach to campaign development. Provide guidance and hands-on support during the rollout of campaigns and new materials.About You Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in motion graphics. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG or hospitality sectors is essential. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including examples of digital and print assets. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
