At this pivotal moment in ENSEK’s journey, marketing will play a central role in defining our identity, shaping our reputation, and driving growth.The RoleWe are looking for the right person to join our marketing team as a Marketing Communications Associate and work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a hands-on, varied, and fast-paced role that will give you exposure to every aspect of marketing communications at a technology business.Your initial focus will be supporting the delivery of ENSEK’s major brand transformation programme. This high-profile initiative spans new brand identity, positioning, website, analyst engagement, customer communications, and launch activities. You’ll be at the centre of ensuring the brand is consistently and successfully rolled out across every touchpoint, both internally and externally.As our Marketing Communications Associate, you’ll: Coordinate with our agencies, supporting media engagement, press releases, and analyst briefings. Support customer communications, helping to manage updates to email templates, collateral, and brand presentation. Work closely with IT on digital brand implementation (email signatures, intranet, templates). Partner with the Office Manager to ensure physical brand updates (signage, office displays, event materials) are delivered smoothly. Liaise with our visual brand agency to oversee updates across all internal brand touchpoints and guidelines. Help plan and deliver internal communications, so all employees are aligned and engaged with the new brand. Provide project management support across multiple workstreams to keep activities on track and deadlines met. Learn to use marketing, planning and project management tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Copilot and AI content creation tools. Work alongside the Brand Experience Director to learn about best practice brand activation in global SaaS markets. Gain exposure to product marketing and go-to-market strategy, understanding how positioning, messaging, and campaigns drive growth.
