You will be working on a dynamic platform that helps students learn and allows teachers to create content and track progress. The software is designed for various age groups but has a special focus on making learning a fun and engaging experience for younger students.As you will be working closely with a US-based team, this role requires flexibility for some meetings in the afternoon to align with their business hours.What We OfferA large, collaborative department of almost 30 specialists with a rich skillset, where you can learn and grow every day.Close cooperation with and dedicated support from your Team Leader to help you navigate your project and develop your skills.Access to a unique AI knowledge program, curated specifically for our designers to keep you at the forefront of the industry.ResponsibilitiesDesign interfaces that are intuitive for teachers and students, bringing a strong sense of visual style to the platform.Create a wide range of assets, including custom illustrations and icons that match the current platform visual language.Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and streamline the development process.Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to effectively test, demonstrate, and validate your design concepts with stakeholders.Ensure everyone is on the same page by clearly communicating your design rationale to developers, product managers, and the client team.Collaborate closely with the product team to translate educational goals and user needs into beautiful and functional design solutionsRequirementsA strong portfolio showcasing your illustration skills, with a style that is adaptable and suitable for different age audiences.Proven experience in UI design, with a deep understanding of the principles behind creating and maintaining design systems.Mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and auto layout.A keen eye for detail creating intuitive, engaging, and playful user experiences.You have a strong command of English (C1).You are open and receptive to feedback, able to discuss design critique and use it to elevate your work.Strong foundation and understanding of UX design principlesBenefitsWork-life BalanceWe are open to discussing individual needs.
