Product Designer (Mid/Senior)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered design solutions for our platforms. You will leverage your expertise in UX principles, human behavior, and design aesthetics to craft engaging experiences that drive business results. Your ability to communicate effectively through design, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and behaviors to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for e-commerce platforms, applications, and landing pages that meet business objectives and user needsApply logical flow UX principles to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences across multiple touchpointsConduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design improvementsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibilityDevelop and maintain our design language system, ensuring consistency across all products and platformsDesign compelling, on-brand landing pages and marketing materials that effectively communicate product value propositionsManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutionsWhat We’re Looking For2–3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design (experience in e-commerce/blockchain industry is a plus).A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, UX thinking, and visual skills.Good understanding of user behavior and UX principles.Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Nice To HaveBasic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.Understanding of accessibility and responsive design.Experience with usability testing or user interviews.What We OfferCompetitive salaryInternational, dynamic working environmentHealthy daily meals provided at the office (breakfasts, lunch and snacks)Unlimited sick leave & at least 12 paid days off per yearComprehensive health & dental insuranceHolidays and birthday giftsModern work setup: laptop, monitor, standing desk & accessoriesFree access to online learning & development courses
