Product Designer

Podspace is currently the fastest growing distribution and ad platform for podcasts in the Nordic region. Our mission is to support creators and media companies with technology to reach new heights, while simultaneously playing a crucial role in the dissemination of news, entertainment, ideas, and knowledge.We’re now looking for a senior Product Designer to join our design team in the continued development of Podspace’s suite of publishing and monetization tools.You will report directly to one of the founders and collaborate with a small hand-picked hybrid team, mainly located in our Stockholm HQ.Podspace is growing quickly and offers a dynamic start-up environment with big opportunities to grow and develop alongside the business. In short, this is a unique chance to join a great team early on and shape the future of podcast publishing.What You’ll AchieveOwn end-to-end design for key product experiences, and create concepts and features that balance craftsmanship, speed, UI paradigms, aesthetics, and business goals.Lead the design craft behind every detail in new product features, and collaborate with the team to take concepts to a scalable and pixel-perfect implementation (0→1)Contribute to, and help maintain our Figma-based design system for both product components and brand assets.What You BringYou have well-documented skills and at least 5+ years of experience as a product designer for prosumers or consumers.You’re used to working in a fast paced cross-functional team with both discovery and delivery.You enjoy tackling, and shaping rough ideas from the very concept to a highly polished and shipped feature.You’re an excellent communicator, and not afraid of showing progress early-on to peers and stakeholders to gather feedback and valuable input.You’re a design generalist who cares about technology, copywriting, and storytelling – alongside the visuals.You craft beautiful human interfaces ♥︎What’s a BonusYou consider yourself a design-gineer who can, apart from the visuals, also contribute to production code.You’ve got experience designing AI features and products.You thrive when working in small teams within a start-up environment, and have achieved great results in doing so before.You enjoy motion design, video editing, audio production, and viral assets.You have strengths and know-how in brand strategy execution.What Podspace offers:A generous compensation package and benefits including stock options.Hybrid workplace with flexible hoursA dynamic startup environment with freedom, just enough structure and clear goals.
