If you excel at solving complex design challenges and pushing design standards higher, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Be DoingDrive the design process from discovery to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy.Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach, ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives.Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design practice innovative and effective.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you can articulate design decisions and advocate for users.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.We believe that great design is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
