Product Designer

Overview:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer who thrives in dynamic fintech environments. In this role, you’ll transform complex product visions into intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring clarity to complexity designing solutions that enhance usability, engagement, and satisfaction for traders, partners, and clients alike. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Managers to identify user needs, define problems, and design intuitive platform experiences that enhance engagement and usability. Translate complex fintech workflows into clear, visually appealing interfaces across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that reflect an understanding of trader behavior and partner interactions. Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistent and scalable UI. Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate and refine design concepts. Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. • Promote UX best practices, accessibility, and design consistency across all initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring design deliverables align with sprint goals and development timelines. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably within fintech, trading, or other high-complexity digital platforms. (At-least 200+ Screen design experience) Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and impactful product experiences across devices. Excellent visual design skills with focus on hierarchy, typography, and brand alignment. Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Data-informed approach, leveraging research and analytics to guide design decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationale. Experience working cross-functionally in Agile teams. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Jira. Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
