The product innovations focus on further addressing the customers needs of today's digital banking.What You'll Do:Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms that simplify financial processesConduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand consumer and SME customer needs and pain pointsCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, compliance, and marketing to ensure designs meet both customer expectations and regulatory standardsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedbackDevelop and maintain scalable design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across product linesStay ahead of fintech and design trends, integrating emerging technologies and best practices in financial product designParticipate actively in design reviews and cross-functional workshops to align product vision and executionAdvocate for user-centricity at all company levels, contributing to cultural adoption of design thinkingEnsure final product implementations match design specifications for optimal customer satisfaction.Who You Are:You have 2-5 years of experience from Product design and/or Product managementYou have proven experience working with digital consumer focused products - ideally within fintech or bankingYou are skilled collaborator with excellent communication skills to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teamsYou have experience with tools and design software, such as Figma or SketchYou are passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences that drive business and customer successYou have the ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutionsYou are a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detailYou are pro-active, accountable with a “can-do” mindsetYou are fluent in EnglishWhat we offerLunch benefit: from the very first day within the company, you will be entitled to 160 EUR monthly lunch budget.
