Product Designer

Salt have partnered with a new and exciting Founder-led RecTech business that are leveraging AI to shake up the Talent Acquisition industry. They're on the lookout for a well-rounded Product Designer to help bring their vision to life. Design is central to the business' mission, so it's crucial for them to find the right fit. As Product Designer, you'll work on the end-to-end UX and UI for the business' candidate and hirer experience, creating fast and elegant interfaces. You'll be building and refining the design system, and be transforming complex interactions into simple, intuitive user experiences. We're not looking for someone to follow cookie-cutter processes - we want someone who sees a problem and starts figuring out new and inventive ways to solve it, keeping the user experience at heart. Requirements: 4+ years' experience in Product DesignProven experience in fast-paced environments, agency or startup HEAVILY preferredA strong, varied portfolio with great visual finesse underpinned by solid information architectureStrategic chops, the ability to think bigger about how the parts contribute to the wholeStrong sense of curiosity for human behaviour and the intersect of technology and emotionFamiliarity with AI products a bonus This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London.
