Product Designer (UX/UI, Ecommerce)

Location: Remote (UK-based)Type: Permanent, Full-timeThe roleWe’re looking for an accomplished product designer to lead the craft and impact of design at JH. You’ll shape ecommerce experiences that ambitious brands rely on – from discovery to delivery – and make sure design drives measurable results, not just visual polish.As our Product Designer, you’ll set the standard for how design looks, feels, and performs. You’ll work across our delivery pods and strategy team, helping clients move from friction to flow through purposeful design. The role blends hands-on delivery with leadership – guiding the craft, mentoring others, and bringing fresh perspective to how we use design to help clients grow.What You’ll DoOwn the creative direction and execution of ecommerce experiences across multiple clients.Translate research and strategy into design systems, journeys, and interfaces that convert.Collaborate with Strategy, Development, and Customer Success to connect thinking and execution.Facilitate workshops and reviews that uncover insight and build alignment.Champion the value of design in client meetings, proposals, and delivery.Lead quality control on design output, maintaining accessibility and usability standards.Contribute to JH’s design frameworks, playbooks, and community presence – including Meet Magento UK.What You’ll BringSenior-level agency experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in ecommerce.A portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking – from discovery to high-fidelity UI.Mastery of Figma, Miro, Loom, and similar tools.Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and conversion design principles.Confidence in presenting and defending work to clients and stakeholders.Experience collaborating with developers and strategists to deliver design intent.Curiosity, independence, and the ability to raise standards across teams.Bonus: experience in user research, CRO testing, or running design audits.Why JHJH is a full-service ecommerce agency built on long-term client partnerships.
