Role Description This full-time, on-site Product Designer role is based in Santo Domingo. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs, driving the end-to-end product design process, and conducting user and market research to create user-centered solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences, iterating on designs based on feedback, and utilizing design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. Qualifications Strong capabilities in Visual Design and Product Design to develop and implement engaging and intuitive interfacesExperience with Design Thinking for solving problems creatively and collaborativelyProficiency in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and understand user needs for data-driven decision-makingProven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills to present design concepts and solutions effectivelyFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferredPrior experience in product design, especially in a collaborative environment, is an advantage
