Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Santo Domingo. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, communicating with clients to resolve overdue accounts, tracking cash collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the role requires delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial protocols. Qualifications Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge and experience in FinanceStrong attention to detail and ability to work with financial dataAbility to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to different client needsPrevious experience in a collections role is an advantageBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferredFluency in English and Spanish is a plus
