If you thrive on turning sketches and concepts into working prototypes and production-ready designs, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoEngineer and build prototypes — take product ideas from sketches to functional, testable prototypes using SolidWorks and rapid prototyping tools.Solve real-world engineering problems through creative design, technical analysis, and iterative testing.Design and develop mechanical systems and components for PPE and workwear accessories, ensuring reliability and manufacturability.Lead root-cause analysis on design or production issues, developing practical and lasting fixes.Continuously optimize designs for strength, cost, usability, and assembly efficiency.Own the full technical development cycle, from concept to working prototype to production release.What You Bring:Degree in Mechanical/Product/Industrial Design Engineering.3–5+ years of experience developing consumer hard goods or PPE products.Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).Good knowledge of injection molding, overmolding, and mechanical assemblies.Experience with material selection, testing standards, and manufacturing optimization.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently from concept through production.Bonus Points For:Experience with 3D scanning technologies for precision modeling.Background in wearable, ergonomic, sporting, safety, or tactical gear design.Hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing (die casting, machining, stamping).What's it like to work with us?Joining our team offers a one-of-a-kind experience at Estonia's largest e-commerce company on Amazon.
