Product Development Engineer

Qualifications: Graduated from the departments of mechanical , mechatronics or automotive engineering.Min 3 year experience at engineering, experience at automotive industry is a plus.Analytical evaluation ability and technical curiosity.MS-office programs word and excel ability.English language ability that can communicate with the customer.Have a teamwork skills and be proactive.Strong skills in 3D CAD modeling for component design and basic assemblies.Experience in geometry preparation and cleanup for FEA and CFD simulations.Solid understanding of structural FEA, including static, dynamic, contact, and non-linear analyses, along with knowledge of material properties for metals, plastics, and rubber.Proficiency in 2D and 3D meshing for both FEA and CFD.Hands-on experience setting up steady-state 3D CFD simulations using parametric studies or design of experiments involving both geometry and boundary condition parameters to evaluate and optimize pressure drop in components.Ability to effectively post-process and interpret simulation results from both CFD and FEA to support design development.Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and design for manufacturing principles, including basic Moldex software skills.Familiarity with modal and vibroacoustic simulations, including meshing, setup, and result analysis.Strong understanding of GD&T standards and their application in CAD and technical drawings.Experience with dynamic test procedures and their role in product development. Responsibilities: Developing and designing new products for new trends. Modelling 3D/2D data for prototypes and products in development. To ensure that the necessary documents are prepared for the acquisition of the intellectual property rights of the developed product. Running simulations during RFQ and industrialization stage and reporting of the analyzes requested by the project department and the client. Responsible to check and analyze customer specification and request belonging to product development and validation. Responsible for improvement study on failed injected parts and preparing root cause analysis. Flexible Work Arrangement: • A flexible work schedule is offered to support work-life balance. Work 3 days a week in Kardzhali with the option to work 2 days remotely (for candidates based in Plovdiv or the surrounding areas), depending on the role and project needs.
