Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of new life insurance products including concept ideation, pricing, underwriting guidelines and launch strategies.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.Collaborate with Actuary, Underwriter, Marketing, Sales and legal teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.Develop detailed product documentation including features, benefits and policy wording.Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements or adjustments to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Legal, Compliance , Operations and other relevant departments to ensure regulatory compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree of Higher in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance product development or related roles.Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting practices, and actuarial principles.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).หมายเหตุ: ตำแหน่งงานนี้จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรรมของบุคคลก่อนพิจารณารับเข้าทำงาน เพื่อความปลอดภัยและรักษามาตรฐานขององค์กรRemark: This position requires a criminal record information check prior consideration for employment to ensure safety and maintain standards of the organization.
