Define and articulate product vision, strategy and roadmap by aligning business goals, customer needs and analyzing market trends and competitive landscapeCollaborate with cross functional teams such as designers, supply chain, retail operations, e-commerce, marketing and legal to define product requirements and prioritize features.Project ManagementManage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality productsPartnership & CollaborationCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders for any product partnership or collaboration including identifying strategy, exploring collaborative opportunities, pricing and negotiation.LeadershipLead the team in managing day-to-day operations, administrative task, monitoring budget as well as manpower management and progressTo assist in any other matters related to Habib GroupRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Design or a related field3-5 years' experience in product managementStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong leadership and organizing skills
