This role brings together innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic insight to transform ideas into solutions customers genuinely love.Key Responsibilities • Lead product development initiatives including research, planning, execution, and delivery • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to achieve successful product outcomes • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction • Define product requirements, timelines, and success metrics through prioritised roadmaps • Evaluate feasibility and risks while maintaining cost, quality, and performance standards • Track progress, resolve obstacles, and ensure alignment across stakeholders • Gather feedback from users and internal teams to support ongoing improvements • Prepare documentation and updates for leadership presentations and go-to-market planningSkills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, Innovation, or related discipline • Proven experience leading product development cycles in a commercial environment • Strong project management and organisational skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer and market insights • Competence with product lifecycle tools, digital collaboration platforms, and reporting methods • Passion for innovation and delivering customer-focused solutionsPreferred Experience • Exposure to tech, manufacturing, consumer goods, or other product-driven industries • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or structured development frameworks • Ability to work closely with technical teams and interpret technical requirements • Experience launching new products successfully in competitive markets
