Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Development Specialist focusing on scented candles, diffusers, hand wash, and perfumery. The responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying product trends, contributing to research and development (R&D), managing product lifecycle stages, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision. The role also involves collaborating with teams to define product specifications and ensuring deliverables meet sustainability and quality standards. Qualifications Strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends and customer preferencesExcellent Communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and external stakeholdersExperience in Research and Development (R&D) and an eye for innovation in product creationCompetence in Product Management, including lifecycle planning and quality assuranceStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilitiesAn understanding of sustainability principles and eco-conscious product development is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or a related fieldExperience in artisan or lifestyle products is advantageous
