Product Manager - Ration

Ration is a modern Messaging and Collaboration Platform built for organisations that value privacy, performance, and regional data sovereignty. It brings together Mail, Chat, Calendar, Workflow, and Video — all in one cohesive suite.We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead Ration’s feature roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality releases. You’ll translate ideas into clear user stories, manage delivery with developers and designers, and keep releases on track. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, thrives in technical discussions, and is comfortable engaging with both engineers and clients.What you'll doDefine product roadmaps, features, and user stories across modules.Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release coordination.Collaborate with developers, UI/UX, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.Engage clients and users for feedback and continuous improvement.Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery discipline.What we are looking for4+ years in Product Management or Technical Project Management.Strong understanding of software development and Agile delivery.Technical aptitude (APIs, integrations, workflows).Excellent communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills.Experience in SaaS, messaging, or collaboration tools is a plus.Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site weekly)Email: careers@stackchase.com
