This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing, testing, and launching innovative cosmetic products. You will manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept to commercialization, while ensuring quality, market relevance, and alignment with brand strategy. The role also involves conducting market research, monitoring beauty trends, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D) or Product Development in the beauty/cosmetics industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.Proficient in market research and data analysis to support product positioning and competitiveness.Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.Up to date with the latest beauty industry trends (makeup & skincare).Passionate about cosmetics, with a strong interest in makeup and skincare innovation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a must; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.Preferably able to join immediately (within 2 weeks).Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.If you are fit in or know someone who might be fit, please send your resume through email: recruitment@nayuecosmetics.com subject: Prodev Spv - LinkedIn
