Product Development Supervisor

VITABIOTICS – Egypt for pharmaceutical industries is looking to hire the following position:“𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫-R&D”𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-           drive the formulation and optimization of innovative Vitabiotics-Egypt products.-           collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate early-stage concepts into robust, scalable processes while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.-           Design and execute formulation development studies for solid and liquid, dosage forms.-           Develop and optimize analytical and manufacturing processes at laboratory and pilot scales.-           Analyze experimental data, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.-           Maintain up-to-date literature reviews on emerging technologies, excipients, andregulatory guidelines. 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:-           BSC degree in Pharmacy.-           +5 years in pharmaceutical formulations and product troubleshooting.-           Knowledge of exportation requirements and CTD file preparation is a strong plus.-           Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills-           Ability to lead and coordinate cross-Functional projects.-           Effective communication and leadership-           Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and compliance.  𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨:𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬@𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬-𝐞𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭.
