About The JobYou will be responsible for managing the full product portfolio — from strategy and market research to product launches and performance analysis.The role requires defining product vision, coordinating with marketing, sales, supply chain and vendors, and ensuring successful product-market fit across assigned categories.This is an offshore role based in Egypt for Samir Group – Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to identify gaps and opportunities. Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing strategy, and target customer segments.Portfolio & Lifecycle Management Manage full product lifecycle: ideation, launch, growth, maturity, phase-out. Prioritize features, improvements, and discontinuations using financial metrics, trends, and feedback. Set and track KPIs (sales units, revenue, margin, market share, NPS, return rates).Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with R&D / Engineering or OEM suppliers to define specs and features. Coordinate with Marketing on launch plans, communication, and training materials. Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure product availability, channel execution, and go-to-market success. Partner with Data/BI teams to monitor performance and integrate feedback into the roadmap.Go-to-Market & Execution Lead product launch planning: timelines, stock readiness, training, and post-launch performance. Ensure strong product-market fit through customer interaction and rapid iterations. Work with Supply Chain to manage inventory, delivery, returns, and quality issues.Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and consumer behavior—especially in the Saudi/Egyptian markets. Propose and run experiments (A/B tests, pilot launches). Recommend new product ideas, partnerships, or innovations to drive growth.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 3–7 years of experience in Product Management / Portfolio Management within consumer electronics, appliances, digital platforms, or e-commerce in Egypt or MENA region. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven record in product roadmap development and successful product launches. Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margin, channel management, inventory. Fluent in Arabic & English. Experience with Agile methodology is a plus. Knowledge of Egyptian retail/e-commerce market is an advantage. Willingness to travel when required.
